Shipping policy

At Girls Glo Up, we ship worldwide! As part of our sustainability commitment, all orders are shipped directly from the manufacturing hub where Bloom+ products are made. By eliminating unnecessary fulfillment centers, we reduce carbon emissions—each avoided air mile saves approximately 24kg of CO₂.

All orders placed on girlsgloup.com include a 1–3 business day processing window before shipment. Once shipped, approximate delivery times are:

  • Domestic (🇺🇸/ca): 3–12 business days

  • International (🌎): 7–18 business days

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Stay tuned for email updates about your order!.

Shipping Disclaimers

  1. Order Changes: Once your order has shipped, we cannot modify it (address, items, or shipping method).

  2. Address Verification: Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.

  3. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages: After shipment, delivery is handled by the courier. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the courier.

  4. Delivered Packages: We do not issue refunds for orders marked as Delivered. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office to open a claim.

  5. Tracking Numbers: Tracking details are sent via your shipping confirmation email. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

  6. Return Shipping Costs: If a return is needed, return shipping is not covered by Bloom+. A prepaid label will be issued and deducted from your refund.

  7. Fulfillment Centers: Depending on stock levels, your order may ship from our domestic warehouse or our international facility.

  8. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable as we do not up-charge on carrier costs.


    At Bloom+, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all customers. However, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, brokerage charges, or import fees imposed by your local customs authority. These charges vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

    Bloom+ does not control, collect, or influence these fees, nor are we responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import charges must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier or customs office before your package can be released for final delivery.

    By placing an international order with Bloom+, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for complying with your country’s import regulations and settling any associated fees. We encourage customers to check with their local customs office for estimated costs prior to ordering.
