Founder & CEO
A CS student, content creator, and skincare obsessive who turned her hardest years into something that helps other girls rise.

From Bullied to Building Something Bigger
Growing up, Mihika didn't belong or at least, that's what the world made her feel. The comments started small. A whisper here. A laugh there. Then louder. "Why is your skin so dark?" "What are those spots on your face?" "You're so ugly" "Brownie" "S***face" Words that kids say without knowing the weight they carry, and carry into adulthood.
She was bullied for her skin color brown in rooms where brown didn't seem to fit. She was mocked for her acne, the kind that arrives uninvited in your teens and stays long enough to feel like a permanent guest. Every mirror felt like an accusation. Every photo, a verdict.
She started shrinking. Skipping class photos. Wearing makeup not to feel beautiful but to disappear. To take up less space. To give them fewer things to point at.
Our Mission
We exist for the girl who was told she was too much, or not enough. Through skincare, content, and community, Girls Glo Up gives her the tools, the confidence, and the reminder that her glow was always there.
What We Stand For
Your glow up doesn't need to look like anyone else's. We celebrate every version of becoming.
We build products and content that make you feel powerful in your own skin.
Nobody's glow up is a straight line. We're here for the messy, real version of you too.
We lift each other up. A girl who glows is never a threat — she's an inspiration.

Why She Built This
Girls Glo Up didn't come from a business plan — it came from a girl who needed it and it didn't exist yet.
Mihika combined her passion for skincare, her love of content creation, and her background in CS to build something that does more than sell products.

"I built Girls Glo Up for the girl I used to be — the one who didn't know her worth yet. If this brand helps even one girl feel seen, confident, and ready to glow, then it's already everything I set out to build."
