Refund policy
If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on all items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

Returns & Exchanges – Important Information
1. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount.
2. Required Tracking Information
A valid tracking number must be provided for any return shipment. Refunds will not be processed until the returned package has been delivered and confirmed.
3. Inspection of Returned Items
All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon arrival.
We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if:

Items show signs of wear, washing, or damage

Items are missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

Items are returned outside of the 14-day window
If a return is not approved after inspection, the item may be sent back to you at your expense.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
